Warranty Policy

1 Year Replacement Warranty

 

Thank you for your interest in the products of Bakiya by SHOOD.

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only physical goods, purchased from Bakiya.us, the Solar Powered Pathway Disk lights.

 

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal usage during the Warranty period.

During the Warranty Period SHOOD Inc. will replace at no charge(not including Shipping & Handling), product that proves to defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

 

What will we do to correct problems?

SHOOD Inc will replace the product at no charge(not including Shipping & Handling) using new or refurbished parts.

 

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from SHOOD INC is 365 days (1 year) from the date of purchase.

 

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

• Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
• Evidence of impact, crush, fire, water, or any physical or electromagnetic damages that would not occur in normal use of the product.

 

What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.

Arrangements will be made to return the product for evaluation at the shipping cost of the buyer.  At the end of the brief evaluation period if it is determined that the product is not invalidated from warranty coverage a replace product will be sent to the buyer at no additional cost.
