BAKIYA is the home products division of SHOOD Inc.  SHOOD Inc brings over 15 years of retail experience to bear in the presentation of a unique set of personally tested and used products.

 All products sold on this site are used by ownership, friends, and family of SHOOD Inc.  We love our gadgets and unique tools and appreciate that the things we spend our money on will last us a long time.  We are bringing that assurance to you that everything sold through this site is of above average quality and is expected to endure your normal use.

What is BAKIYA? 

BAKIYA comes from Bath, Kitchen, and Yard.  That is, our initial focus is to provide products for the Bathroom, Kitchen, or Yard.  In practice we end up also offering products that fit other rooms in the Home as well

BaKiYa has further coincidental meaning.  From the Japanese language

'Ba' is Place
'Ki' is Spirit
'Ya' is House

Bakiya represents the Spirit of the Place you call your House or Home.
